Free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the US and $125 or more outside of the US excluding taxes.

Orders placed by 12.00 PM PST will ship out the same day once payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during holidays and promotions. Say mê is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to customs, weather, or carrier mishandling. Orders will only be shipped to verified addresses with complete information. If any order is undeliverable and returned to Say mê, we will refund the full amount minus any shipping cost incurred to the original form of payment.

Please note: Shipping times are subject to change due to credit card validation. Say mê reserves' the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

USA Shipping:
Orders will ship via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail) or UPS. A tracking number will be provided at time of shipment. USPS tracking information is available online within 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery from the time of shipment depending on location.

Orders received after 2:00 PM PST with UPS Standard Overnight service will be processed next business day.

International Shipping:
Orders will ship via USPS (International Priority or Express) or UPS. A tracking number will be provided at time of shipment. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery from the time of shipment depending on location. Say mê will not be responsible for any custom taxes or duties and is the sole responsibility of the recipient. In certain circumstances delivery may take up to 10 weeks due to customs delay depending on country, please keep this in mind before contacting us about your shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products(s), you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Saymê is unable to accept USED package items(s) for return. Any damage resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be accepted.
  2. In order to return an item you will need to send an email describing the specific reason for your return to contact@saymebeauty.com with "Return" in the subject line to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  3. The sale receipt or copy of the email order confirmation must be enclosed when you return the item.
  4. Please package the contents carefully to avoid damage and use a shipping method that will allow you to track your package. Regrettably, the shipping charges are not refundable.
  5. Affix the RMA return label to the outside of the box to ensure proper shipping.

Restocking fee (Unused products only)
As a rule, you cannot return non-defective items. If package is not returned with a postmark within 7 days from receiving your order, Say mê may reserve the right to refuse or impose a 20% restocking fee. Please note that Say mê is strict regarding the packaging of products for sanitary reasons. This fee is for sterilizing and repacking in Japan.

Damaged or Defective Products
To ensure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it is shipped. If any product is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. If it has been damaged in the shipping process, please contact us immediately. Refunds or exchanges may be applied provided the conditions listed in our Return and Exchange policy are met. All returns will be examined to determine the cause of the problem. If the damage in anyway is caused by Say mê, we will gladly replace the item free of charge and reimburse you for shipping cost incurred when sending back the item. However, if it is not caused by Say mê, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. We will not accept any returns, replace any items, claim a lost package, or request an RMA 7 days or more after the purchase date.
