Orders placed by 12.00 PM PST will ship out the same day once payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during holidays and promotions. Say mê is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to customs, weather, or carrier mishandling. Orders will only be shipped to verified addresses with complete information. If any order is undeliverable and returned to Say mê, we will refund the full amount minus any shipping cost incurred to the original form of payment.
Please note: Shipping times are subject to change due to credit card validation. Say mê reserves' the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Orders will ship via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail) or UPS. A tracking number will be provided at time of shipment. USPS tracking information is available online within 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery from the time of shipment depending on location.
Orders received after 2:00 PM PST with UPS Standard Overnight service will be processed next business day.

Say mê will not be responsible for any custom taxes or duties and is the sole responsibility of the recipient. In certain circumstances delivery may take up to 10 weeks due to customs delay depending on country, please keep this in mind before contacting us about your shipment.

Damaged or Defective Products
To ensure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it is shipped. If any product is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. If it has been damaged in the shipping process, please contact us immediately. All returns will be examined to determine the cause of the problem. If the damage in anyway is caused by Say mê, we will gladly replace the item free of charge and reimburse you for shipping cost incurred when sending back the item. However, if it is not caused by Say mê, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. We will not accept any returns, replace any items, claim a lost package, or request an RMA 7 days or more after the purchase date.
